Yes, it's that time of year, the annual nod to all that is Scottish, the Burns' Supper. Och awa ya timerous beastie.
Fear ye not, this is our Sasunnach chance to pay tribute to the Scottish bard Robbie Burns whilst enjoying good fayre, good wine and, above all, good company. Apparently his love was like a red, red rose or was it nose, I am never sure.
So, let's gather and enjoy this ancient annual Scottish custom, you know it makes sense.

Burns' Supper Night
At the Red School Millbay Road
Starts at 7.00pm Friday 22nd. January 2016
as with the summertime soup au pistou
bring your own wine/beer, glass, plate and knife, fork and spoon.
Full traditional menu inc. haggis and crannachan.
Also included is genuine Scotch whisky.
All for a mere £10 per person.
Can't promise anything but we may get chance to have a wee Gay Gordon [or is that happy Gordon these days] or something similar if the caller turns up.
