The 2016 annual membership which runs from 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017 is £20 per adult, and £5.00 per child between

5-18 yrs. (Please note that there is no charge for children under 5 years old). All those named must live at the address shown above). As part of our insurance cover, we do need to ensure we have full details of all members and children, (regardless of age) and would ask you to please complete the following information, regardless of information supplied in previous years:
